REFUND POLICY
We offer full refunds on all calendars purchased prior to the print date (estimated to be December 6, 2021). We offer full refunds on prints purchased prior to the date of order from the print vendor (usually one to two business days after your order is placed with us).
DELIVERY POLICY
All of our products, including prints and calendars, ship direct to you from our print vendors. Typically, these vendors ship through USPS, UPS, and Fedex. Generally you can expect your prints to be delivered within 2-3 weeks of your order but there may be situations of lost goods, resulting in longer delays. If you do not receive your prints within 4 weeks, please contact us. All calendar orders ship at the same time regardless of date of purchase (estimated to be December 6, 2021) to ensure delivery to all buyers before the holidays.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns except in the case of damaged items (in which case we will provide you with an undamaged replacement product).
CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers may cancel calendar orders at any time prior to the print date (estimated to be December 6, 2021) Once printed, cancellations will not be accepted. Customers may also cancel orders for prints purchased prior to the date of order from the print vendor (usually one to two business days after your order is placed with us). Once sent to the print vendor, cancellations will not be accepted.
